“I am writing to you in order to convey my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent level of service I received when purchasing my new vehicle from you recently, a Mercedes Benz CLK 500 which I believe was previously used by a senior member of the business.

I have purchased a number of prestige German vehicles over the last few years, and until I bought from your company I have given my business to main dealers. This is partly due to my perception that I would receive a greater level of service.

However I am pleased to say that the service I received from Croyland in many respects exceeded my experiences of buying from franchised dealers. In particular I must single out the salesperson who I dealt with, Leigh Clements, for being a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision and I was provided with the opportunity to enjoy a thorough test drive in the vehicle. Mr Clements also ensured that a modification (tinted windows) was removed from the vehicle at very short notice when I changed my mind, and this did not delay my collection of the car at all. I am delighted with my new vehicle and it is clear that is has been prepared to a high standard.
